Morwen Two Feathers

Morwen Two Feathers, M.A., comes to Odaiko New England with thirty years of experience managing nonprofit organizations, and more than twenty years of leadership experience in the community drumming movement as Co-Director of Earth Drum Council. Formerly the Executive Director of the Support Center of Massachusetts, a nonprofit organization which provided management training and consulting to the not-for-profit sector, Morwen then spent ten years as a self-employed nonprofit management consultant while also traveling around the U.S. performing, teaching and facilitating drumming events. More recently she served as Director of Program Development for the Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts in Concord, MA, overseeing programs including arts and nature, gallery exhibitions, and performing arts.

Morwen was a founding member of the Odaiko New England board of directors when ONE was incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in 2004. She served in that capacity for two years. Now, as Executive Director of ONE, Morwen is responsible for business management and organization development. Her professional background in combination with her passion for the power of rhythm to bring people together in community makes her the perfect match for Odaiko New England.
